When coming from David take the Caldera turn off shortly after Los Molinos and just beyond the pedestrian bridge/police checkpoint.. When coming from Boquete turn just before the pedestrian bridge/police checkpoint just after the Darado Suoer Market on the left. .

From this point at the David/Boquete road it is 11.5 km to the billboard for the hydro project where you turn left onto Calle La Estrella -  just past the turn-off for the hot springs. GO 1.2 KM; you will see on the left an orange gate with butterflies and a house with a white roof on top of the hill.; this is Black Rock Rental houde.  The gate has a 24 hour light Gravel driveway turns into cement at the hill.  My little Nissan Sentra has no problem climbing the hill to the large parking area at the top.

REMEMBER it is 11.5 km from the David/Boquete Road to where you turn onto Calle La Estrella.
